3 Bedroom House in Muscle Shoals

This picturesque retreat offers the epitome of cool waterfront living, combining urban appeal and natural beauty in perfect harmony. Located near Wilson Lake, this exceptional home boasts breathtaking views and a lifestyle that's second to none. Enjoy a wide variety of activities including paddleboarding, fishing, or just relaxing on the deck. Less than 10 minutes from Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, this multi-level condo is the perfect place for your next family vacation or weekend retreat
The space
The interior of this home is an oasis of comfort and style. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an open-concept design make this the perfect family retreat. The primary bedroom (king) is located on the second level of the condo, with two additional bedrooms (king and full) on the third level along with a shared bathroom. The kitchen and a half-bath along with a living space are located on the first floor.
Other things to note
Two Paddleboards are provided (stored under the patio) and guests are welcome to enjoy them.
There is also a boat slip with no lift, in addition to a boat house that is shared with 4 other units.
There is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. Please put all food waste, grease, etc. in the garbage can.
Filtered water is available from the Brita filter attached to the kitchen sink.
All TVs are smart TVs.
All garbage should be placed in one of the outdoor trash cans at entrance to the property (at the top of the hill). Please pack your bags light! Cleaners do not haul off guest's garbage.
There are three outdoor cameras. One at garage, entry door and off balcony facing lake .
